Michelle’s 18 years practice & teaching yoga, progressively took her away from a busy corporate world career for the one on one dedicated attention to her students and clients. After a bad fall Michelle hurt her back and had painful issues in everyday life movements. She went from doctors to body healers for finally orienting to self care with Yoga Therapy and succeeded in staying away from body and back pain. From this personal experience, Michelle says when one is facing challenges in life like stress and pain, one can get help from a commited yoga therapist with adapted skills, knowledge and compassion.

She networks with local orthopedists, rheumatologists, pain specialists, acupuncturists, chiropractors and licensed massage therapists. Many of her referrals come via physicians. Individual Yoga Therapy provides an opportunity to work one on one with Michelle and focus on your specific needs. In the course of the session you will be suggested a practice or regime which incorporates breath, movement and simple meditation as your situation warrants. Sequences are written out so you leave with your own personal yoga therapy practice in hand, uniquely oriented to support your healing process. Michelle will discuss your recommended treatment protocol at the initial consultation.
Michelle’s practice is a combination of Yoga , Ayurvedic Science, Yoga Nidra (deep yogic relaxation) and Energy Medicine Yoga (Meridians and Acupuncture Points based practice).
